Support the marketing team in AOP program roll out interfacing with front line to insure achieving program set KPI’s via maximizing the exposure of AOP initiatives in Field
Interfaces with Support agencies be it media or below the line to ensure development of and execution of set deliverables.
Responsibilities
Support the marketing brand teams in the development of channel activities and lead the execution with the company trade marketing team.
Follow up on the roll out of the channel program and insure development of program support material and premium deployment.
Support the brand teams in the development of the Channel program POP and BTL design.
Lead the assessment of channel activities and issue follow up reports to market management.
Manage channel activity marketing budgets and ensure compliance via issuing tracking reports and final activity budget report.
Support the Brand team in roll out of special sponsorship events via leading execution to maximize exposure of Pepsico brands.
Manage exploitation of sponsorships and ensure all contractual rights are executed while ensuring exposure of Pepsico brands.
Manage media outdoor and BTL contracts and ensure execution and compliance.
Execute all planned AOP initiatives BTL support in collaboration with brand team.
Ensure full compliance with control guidelines in the suppliers’ selection.
Follow up and manage the invoicing and financial process with support agencies.
Qualifications
A minimum of 12 year of experience in Marketing brand management experience with a FMCG multinational org .
Public Relations & Events experience is preferred.
Multi tasked, Resourceful.
Strong project management skills, Public Relations & events management creativity.
