Core Responsibilities
•Analysis , Diagnose & inception different project relevant to corporate
•Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new techniques and processes by employees and customers
•Manage assigned stream transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet set objectives
•Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
•Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
•Track project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders
Key Skills
•Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks
•Strong data visualization skills
•Excellent presentation and communication skills

- •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
- •Strong understanding of banking processes, products, and regulations
- •Proven experience with project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Experience in Business and banking background
