Role Overview:

REPORTING & ANALYSIS

Consolidate all sales-related data in the region: daily sales file, weekly estimation, monthly results and comments, updates, Sales Dashboard;

Liaise with local and central teams to ensure timely submission;

Ensure relevance and accuracy of data;

Update and improve existing sales reports;

Provide ad-hoc analysis when required.

DASHBOARDS & REPORTS CREATION

Support on the creation and implementation of financial dashboards to monitor results and performance;

Actively contribute to the development of dynamic visual dashboards.

STRATEGIC PLAN

Support the Finance team on the elaboration of the strategic plan, contributing to presentations, meetings, etc;

Coordinate the Financial Dynamics sales part (harmonization of templates, coordination, consolidation);

Support the Finance team on any ad-hoc requests.

Skills & Qualifications:

Master's Degree from a top business or engineering school

1-2 years of relevant experience

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

Advanced knowledge of modelling or reporting tools such as Power BI

Data analysis

Ability to understand, interpret and present data, attention to detail

Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
