Position Summary

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for the development of Sales qualified leads using various outreach techniques (market research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and emails). This position will play a crucial role in creating the best meeting opportunities for AEs and making the Sales team successful. The primary focus is to work with the Sales team to achieve the individual sales targets which are set up and drive more sales qualified leads through the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts and identify key contacts from business directories, web searches or digital resources. Have a thorough understanding of different lead qualification techniques and need discovery techniques.
  • Cold outreach: Make multiple outbound calls and send personalized emails to potential prospects.
  • Understand client needs and pain points and offer relevant solutions.
  • Create, maintain and expand a list/database of prospective clients.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Present and deliver any information that our potential clients are looking for.
  • Route qualified leads to the appropriate Account executive for further development and closure.
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics and strive to improve continuously.
  • Enter and manage data on CRM without any fail.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year as a sales development representative preferably in a software organization.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
  • In-depth understanding of Facttwin’s product, services and its position in the industry.
  • Overachieve the quota and expand company with new sales, clients, and territories.Strong understanding of sales tech stack, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM, LinkedIn navigator and Email marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced globally dispersed work environment.
  • Native level written and oral communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

Educational Qualifications

  • UG: Any

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the IT Services, Precision Engineering / Robotics / IOT and Software / SaaS industry.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of cold calling and lead generation
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
