The purpose of ourBackend Developer role is to create and maintain the technology system and features for the business verticals in line with stakeholder needs. You will be responsible for translating and implementing technical requirements into usable technology products focused on scale, robust product performance, APIs, and ease of use.
About The Role
As a scrum master will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process, fostering collaboration, and guiding the team towards successful delivery. the Scrum Master responsibilities include:
- Act as a servant leader for the Agile development team, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and address issues that hinder the team's progress, enabling them to focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Coach team members on Agile principles, practices, and methodologies, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework and Agile best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize requirements, define user stories, and maintain a well-groomed backlog.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
- Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within the team and across the organization.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize team performance and enhance Agile processes.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in business or computer science.
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proven experience as a scrum master in the payments industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams to improve Agile practices and delivery outcomes.
- Proficiency in Jira administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Attention to detail and focus on quality
