We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise, mentor junior engineers, and drive the successful execution of electrical engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems and components for a variety of applications, from concept to production.
• Conduct electrical engineering analysis, calculations, and simulations to ensure the integrity, performance, and safety of electrical designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and project managers, to integrate electrical systems with overall product designs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, assisting with problem-solving and professional development.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and project planning meetings to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including schematics, PCB layouts, and technical specifications.
• Perform hands-on testing and validation of electrical designs, including prototype fabrication and testing.
• Stay current with industry trends, standards, and best practices in electrical engineering, and apply them to project designs and processes.
• Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to source electrical components and materials.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for electrical designs and products.
