Job Guidelines
- Visits and trains customers in his region to develop product knowledge, working closely with the Business Partners
- Trains customers on Brand's value proposition, including services and retail and ensures in-salon execution
- Follows high potential clients in his region individually - Coaches clients on clients care in salon
- Leads training sessions in salons, academies… in line with Education strategy
- Is the relay and contact of clients concerning Access, to increase drive and subscriptions to Access
- Boosting sales through education + live streams + e-events.
- Visits and trains new potential client partners, in coordination with the Business Partners.
- Minimum 5 Years of Hairdressing Experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- English Language: Moderate
