Job Title: Human Resources Specialist . 


Job Description:


Human Resources Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy administration. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your HR expertise and contribute to the development of our people-centric culture. 


Responsibilities:- 

- Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax compliance. Collaborate with finance department to ensure payroll records are maintained accurately.

- Attendance Management: Oversee attendance tracking system and ensure accurate recording of employee attendance, leaves, and absences. Manage attendance policies and handle any attendance-related issues or discrepancies.

- Personal Management: Maintain employee records and personal data, including contracts, employment agreements, and insurance documentation. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

- Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees. 

- Prepare reports for senior leadership and HR-related audits.

- Create and Update Company Policies: Develop and maintain company policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices. 


Requirements:- 

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Sound knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Good knowledge in HR-related software.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
