SearchPlus HR is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Hematology Oncology Doctors to join our team. As a Pediatric Hematology Oncology Doctor at SearchPlus HR, you will play a critical role in providing specialized care to children with blood disorders and cancer.

In this role, you will diagnose and treat various pediatric hematological disorders and cancers, including leukemias, lymphomas, and solid tumors. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to young patients and their families.


Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' medical history, symptoms, and perform thorough examinations
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work, imaging studies, and bone marrow biopsies
  • Diagnose and treat pediatric hematological disorders and cancers
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on the type and stage of the disease
  • Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other targeted treatments
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Manage treatment-related side effects and provide supportive care
  • Counsel and educate patients and their families about the disease, treatment options, and potential outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care
  • Participate in research and clinical trials to advance the field of pediatric hematology oncology
