Job Overview:
Invitro Capital is actively seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role as a trusted advisor in the talent acquisition process. Your main responsibility will be to attract, assess, and select top talent for our portfolio companies by utilizing innovative technologies and strategies to drive digital transformation.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, while reporting to the Talent Management Lead and providing support in talent acquisition strategies and initiatives, you will be at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge technologies and best practices across our portfolio companies. You will leverage innovative tools and platforms to enhance the talent acquisition process, with a particular focus on areas such as data and analytics, cybersecurity implementations, and delivering strategic solutions tailored to the unique needs of each portfolio company.
Working Hours are from Monday's to Friday's, Pacific Time Zone.
