Job Overview:

Invitro Capital is actively seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role as a trusted advisor in the talent acquisition process. Your main responsibility will be to attract, assess, and select top talent for our portfolio companies by utilizing innovative technologies and strategies to drive digital transformation.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, while reporting to the Talent Management Lead and providing support in talent acquisition strategies and initiatives, you will be at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge technologies and best practices across our portfolio companies. You will leverage innovative tools and platforms to enhance the talent acquisition process, with a particular focus on areas such as data and analytics, cybersecurity implementations, and delivering strategic solutions tailored to the unique needs of each portfolio company.

Working Hours are from Monday's to Friday's, Pacific Time Zone.

  • Sourcing candidates daily from digital platforms such as Monster, Dice, Gulf Talent, LinkedIn, Behance, and GitHub.
  • Assisting the Talent Management Lead in managing the company's referral program to foster a hiring culture that emphasizes fit and promotes a healthy work environment.
  • Conducting Competency-Based Interviews (CBI), Behavior-Based Interviews (BBI), and Video-Based Interviews (VBI) using structured approaches and questioning techniques.
  • Assessing candidates' skills, competencies, past behaviors, and presentation capabilities to ensure alignment with job requirements and accurate predictions of future performance.
  • Handling onboarding processes, including legal paperwork, purchase orders, emergency contacts, and contract reviews.
  • Taking responsibility for HR administration tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, and maintaining HR documentation.
  • Assisting project coordinators, validating timesheets, negotiating counter offers, analyzing turnover rates, and taking appropriate action.
  • Maintaining HR procedures compliant with labor regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and digital platforms for candidate acquisition.
  • Familiarity with Competency-Based Interviews (CBI) and Behavior-Based Interviews (BBI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of HR administration processes and labor regulations.
