Senior Business Development Representative - IBM Solutions

Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Representative to spearhead our outbound campaigns and drive the growth of our IBM Maximo solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IBM or similar complex solutions, with a strong understanding of the enterprise and SME markets in the GCC region, specifically Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and achieve sales targets for IBM Maximo solutions.
  • Conduct multi-touchpoint campaigns, including calls, LinkedIn outreach, and emails, to engage with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in enterprises and SMEs across the targeted regions.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and present Maximo solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client-specific needs.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitive landscape in the asset management domain.
  • Participate in conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our Maximo solutions and brand.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted messaging and collateral for outbound campaigns.

  • Proven experience in selling IBM solutions or similar complex enterprise software, preferably in asset management.
  • Familiarity with the business culture and market dynamics in the GCC region, particularly in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
