Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the company's staffing needs, particularly in business development, sales, and leadership positions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to headhunt passive and active candidates, including networking, social media platforms, job boards, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future staffing needs.
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements, job descriptions, and necessary qualifications.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.
