Senior Planning Engineer Cum Quantity Surveyor (Precast Industry Experienced)

1. With a minimum of 2 years’ experience as Quantity surveyor & 5 years as a planning engineer in the construction industry/ precast Industries from UAE or other GCC.
2. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
3. Well-versed with Primavera, project management tool & In-depth understanding of AutoCAD drawings.
4. Ability to analyse Project variations, changes & provide regular financial reports to the project management team.
5. Experience in preparing preliminary (tentative) and final project programs.
6. Experience in developing detailed project programs including resources, cost loadings, etc., concerning project requirements, required sequence, logistics, etc.
7. Hands-on experience in tracking and updating the project program at regular intervals.
8. Proactive in monitoring the progress of the project based on the project program and reporting the project progress to HOD.
9. Collaborate with the project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather relevant data and ensure project timeline and claims.
10. Conduct critical path analysis and risk assessments to identify the potential delays and implement proactive measures to mitigate the risks.
11. Good in preparing revised and recovery project programs.
12. Preparing claim for EOT with supporting documents.
13. Strong aptitude for time impact analysis and updating detailed progress.
14. Preparation and presentation of histogram and progress reports.
15. Coordination between internal departments and with clients for the planning updates. 
16. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the HOD and the client.
17. Knowledge of project life cycle & ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
18. Proficient knowledge of computer skills and Microsoft suits.
19. High level of attentiveness and maintaining accuracy in all details and levels.
20. Experience in Claim QS.
21. Liaise & execute in monthly Payment Claims and variation claims.
22. Assist in evaluations and recommendation of entitlement of Subcontractors claims.
23. UAE driving license, registered Society of Engineers certificate by DM & experience in Precast concrete will be an advantage.
