Collaborates with the Recruiting team to handle all logistics for onboarding employees such as Medical checkup, Security checkup, joining date, ticketing system, employee ID card, etc.
Handle all HR procedures for appointing new employees such as Receiving hiring documents, Renew Employee contracts, medical cards, social insurance documents as well as EBC code of conduct and NDA.
Handle all HR procedures for offboarding employees such as Receiving resignation, finalizing the paperwork, receive the employee ID cards, social insurance documentation, Exit Clearance Process, etc
Respond to employees on all HR operations inquiries.
Prepare HR letters for employees.
Coordinate with the company doctor on weekly basis, as well as supporting the employees in all medical cases and documentation if required.
Address employee issues and concerns as needed and provide guidance.
Responsible for keeping all employees files in an organized way.
Receive and ensure all employees files are collected from the employee once he/ she joins.
Implements and/or communicates personnel policies and procedures in compliance with standard HR practices, laws and regulations.
Implement general HR procedures and forms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

+4 years of experience in the field of HR Operations (Payroll and Personnel).
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
