As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and executing marketing campaigns and events for the organization.
In this role, you will:
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email marketing
- Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product, design, performance marketing and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Analyze and report the performance and efficiency of campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
- Operate within approved marketing budgets supporting overall business plan
- Operate and coordinate on B2B events.
- Assist the marketing manager in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics
- Coordinate on video shoots and media content as required.
- Oversee the content (media and text) before posting on social media.
- Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels
- Stay up to date with Market and online trends relevant to the brand for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market
- Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Degree in Marketing & Communications preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in coordinating and managing effective Marketing campaigns through various channels
- Demonstrate marketing expertise, and the ability to contribute at an operational level
- Fluent in English – written and spoken. Proficiency in Arabic would be a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong coordination skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage own workload and adjusting as needed
- Detail oriented and a can-do and flexible approach
- Ability to perform under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Applying basic work ethic, which includes but not limited to, respect, time management & adherence of company and department policies and procedures
- Fluent understanding and application of company Values, Honest, Innovation, Ownership
- Understands and applies competencies linked to level of expertise
