How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Hand on experience for brownfield adaptation and interfacing design along with service solution development
  • Ensuring adequate support of strategic development projects with appropriate engineering resources.
  • Planning and ensuring fast and reliable engineering processes as well as continuous process improvement.
  • Ensuring support for global functions in development of tools as well as implementation of tools
  • Ensuring a quotation (offers) and order handling process designed to meet customer requirements.
  • Liaise closely with customer and customer consultants in all technical matters.
  • Taking decisions on all technical matters concerning customer's requirements and specifications.
  • Cost center and investment budgets:
  • Definition of targets for engineering units
  • Agreeing of targets for engineering units
  • Drawing up the annual budget (cost centers, investments)
  • Analysis, interpretation, and visualization of key figures (DCT...)
  • Coordinating the cooperation between Engineering and different departments.
  • Coordinate the participation in working groups for standards and regulations (national and international).


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic engineering
  • 7-9 relevant years of experience
  • Technical product/system Knowledge in Engineering
  • Design and Engineering Knowledge with focus on secondary engineering experience
  • Proven experience in the HV substations and Balance of the plants in various verticals (e.g. TSOs, Transport and Industrial vertical)
  • Service solution background and experience in dealing with brownfield assessments and technical tailored proposals.
  • International standards and regional experience is a plus
  • Responsible for function managing of 2 to 3 personnel team size.
