Job Purpose

Seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong visual sense, excellent design skills, and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing and effective graphic solutions.

As the Graphic Designer, you will:

• Develop creative designs for a variety of projects, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media graphics, website elements, etc..
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to the creative process.
• Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit graphics.
• Stay current with design trends and software updates.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, social media designs and ecommerce
• Proficiency in design software and AI tools.
• Experience with motion/ video editing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
• Adaptability to evolving project requirements.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Basic motion design skills
