- Manage Inland logistics including distribution fleet, planning routes, and analyze budget.
- Manage import and export activities.
- Supervise freight forwarder selection.
- Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and evaluate and implement enhancement.
- Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO performance.
- Optimize total Leadtime for inland, import and export.
- Review current policy to spot enhancement as per current best practice.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience 10 years, 3 years in logistics management, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems, including ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements governing logistics operations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and willingness to take initiative in driving process improvements.
