Job Overview:
Invitro Capital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our portfolio company products, ensuring that they meet market needs and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver successful products to market.
Product Manager, Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy for our portfolio companies.
- Gather and analyze customer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
- Translate business objectives into product requirements and prioritize product features based on market needs and company goals.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to plan, develop, and launch new products and features.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Track product performance, conduct data analysis, and gather user feedback to iterate and improve products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and actionable product requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with product management in the venture capital or investment industry.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
