Location: The position is based in Dubai's financial district.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience reporting directly to C-level professionals and will be proficient in handling both executive and personal assistance duties. 

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment. 
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. 
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality. 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing communication and correspondence effectively. 
  • Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries. 
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings and presentations. 
  • Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO in decision-making processes. 
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO's personal affairs as needed. 
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. 
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. 
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.
