Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience reporting directly to C-level professionals and will be proficient in handling both executive and personal assistance duties.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
