As a Financial Planning Manager at Nawy Real Estate, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function for the company. You will work closely with senior management to develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, as well as to provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning process, including the development of the annual operating plan and long-term financial forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and inputs for financial analysis and planning.
  • Perform financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
  • Monitor and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and provide timely and accurate reporting to management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain financial planning tools, templates, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate and engage with cross-functional teams.
