What We Are Looking For

Payroll Lead

LOCATION: Cairo - Egypt

What You Will Do

  • Ensure the accuracy & timeliness of the cycles of payroll
  • Ensure the accuracy & timeliness of the hard close of payroll accounts
  • Collect, maintain and analyze data to drive stabilization of new payroll service standardization
  • Proactive identification of issues or problems within the operation of payroll process
  • Responsible for handling and maintaining a compliant payroll process

What You´ll Need To Succeed

  • Specialization in Taxes & Tax Contributions
  • Intense experience in HR operations with focus in payroll & accounting payroll
  • Preferred experience in Consumer Products industry or third-party providers
  • Experienced in working with third party consultancy service providers
  • Use of SAP finance & payroll, Workday, ServiceNow, Office package (excel advanced)
  • Experience in Internal/External audit engagements
  • English: Intermediate – Advanced

  • Customer Service
  • Demonstrated customer service skills preferably within the HR function
  • Communication Skills Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Problem Solving; demonstrated problem solving capability. Ability to proactively recognize problems and perform root cause analysis.

Competencies

  • Organization Awareness In depth understanding of new HR operating model and outsource relationship with HUB markets
  • Organizational Skills Ability to organize and prioritize large volume or inquiries and problems
  • Talent Catalyst Ability to embrace and drive new and better ways of operating breaking current paradigms in the organization
