Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recording all general ledger entries across all countries on Oracle NetSuite.
• Responsible for closing fixed assets module, amortization & ensure trial balance completeness.
• Responsible for closing & delivery of monthly financial reporting package for all countries.
• Coordinate with different finance functions & cross-border teams to ensure completeness across all countries.
• Manage the consolidation process on monthly basis and responsible for providing all financial statements disclosures.
• Act as the focal point with the company’s external auditors as well as FP&A teams.
• Prepare financial statements as per local GAAP & IFRS across all countries.
• Assist in any statutory or tax advisory requirements including tax inspections.
  
  

About You

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, GL, Reporting & Consolidation function on ERP system like (Oracle/SAP). Oracle NetSuite will be a big advantage.
• Analytical mindset, data-driven, detailed oriented & able to manage a huge volume of data and numbers.
• Deep ERP system expertise, including experience in system integrations & process design. We need someone who love developing systems not spreadsheets.
• Experience interacting with multiple cross-functional teams & departments.
• Previous experience in Tech or eCommerce is a big advantage.
• Excellent communication skills – English is the main communication language.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Query & Power Pivot Tools.
• Growth mindset & strong ownership, we are a lean team and responsibilities may fall out of one’s exact job description; we are looking for folks who are willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
