Job Description

Job Purpose

  • Managing the preparation of facility letters, security, and facility documentation in line with approval terms and conditions.
  • Review of customer executed facility and security documents in line with approval terms and conditions, credit policy and Shariah guidelines.
  • Identifying potential risks related to documentation and taking appropriate measures to mitigate such risks.

Main Task

  • Ensuring the issuance of the facility letters in line with approval terms, credit policies and guidelines for C&IB and/or CMB and/or Wealth Management Customers.
  • Preparation/review of security and facility documents in line with approval terms and credit policies and guidelines.
  • Ensuring the facility, security, support documents being properly executed, signatures of the signatories verified and supported by resolution/POA.
  • Review of customer executed facility and security documents in line with approval terms and conditions, credit policy and Shariah guidelines, and follow up with the business units for any required rectification.
  • To ensure security documents have been organized as per policy (numerical sequence) & arranged in KARDEX
  • Carry out any specific or adhoc project or task assigned by line manager or unit head
  • Liaise with RMs and take necessary documents

About YOU:

  • Strong technical skills and competency in credit control related functions and thorough knowledge of Islamic banking products – Preferred
  • 1 to 2 years relevant experience - Preferred
  • Good knowledge of MS office applications
  • Good Communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Basic industry understanding
  • Willing to learn & Grow
