We are looking for a Call Center Executive to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and possess a customer-centric mindset.

As a Call Center Executive , you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding their inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Educate customers about our products and services, assisting them with their queries and providing personalized solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately and efficiently in our database.
  • Escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and displaying empathy towards their concerns.
  • Meet and exceed productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of IIQAF's products and services to better assist customers and contribute to the team's success.
