We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billing Assistant to join our team. The Billing Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely and efficient invoice processing. Responsibilities

  • Process and validate invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Communicate with clients regarding payment status and resolve any billing issues

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper coding and documentation of invoices
  • Generate and distribute monthly reports on billing activities
  • Assist with month-end closing and reconciliation of accounts
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any inquiries related to billing
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advise on best practices for billing processes
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve billing processes and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software
