We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Manager to oversee the recruitment of deliverymen and design effective pricing mechanisms to attract top talent and strengthen partnerships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain deliverymen.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to create compelling recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
Talent Acquisition: - Lead the end-to-end recruitment process of sourcing and screening riders.
- Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for delivery roles, ensuring alignment with company values and requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified deliverymen to meet current and future staffing needs.
Negotiation and Pricing: - Leverage strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen to design competitive pricing mechanisms for delivery services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and industry benchmarks to inform pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to establish pricing models that balance profitability with attracting and retaining deliverymen.
Partnership Management: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure a reliable supply of deliverymen.
- Collaborate with 3PLs to optimize delivery operations, improve efficiency, and address any challenges or concerns.
- Negotiate service agreements, terms, and conditions with 3PLs to secure favorable arrangements for delivery services.
Data Analysis and Optimization: - Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to track recruitment effectiveness, monitor deliverymen performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance recruitment efficiency, reduce turnover, and increase delivery capacity.
- Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment and pricing strategies based on data-driven insights and market feedback.
