We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Manager to oversee the recruitment of deliverymen and design effective pricing mechanisms to attract top talent and strengthen partnerships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain deliverymen.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to create compelling recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process of sourcing and screening riders.
    • Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for delivery roles, ensuring alignment with company values and requirements.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified deliverymen to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Negotiation and Pricing:
    • Leverage strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen to design competitive pricing mechanisms for delivery services.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and industry benchmarks to inform pricing decisions.
    • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to establish pricing models that balance profitability with attracting and retaining deliverymen.
  • Partnership Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure a reliable supply of deliverymen.
    • Collaborate with 3PLs to optimize delivery operations, improve efficiency, and address any challenges or concerns.
    • Negotiate service agreements, terms, and conditions with 3PLs to secure favorable arrangements for delivery services.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization:
    • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to track recruitment effectiveness, monitor deliverymen performance, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance recruitment efficiency, reduce turnover, and increase delivery capacity.
    • Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment and pricing strategies based on data-driven insights and market feedback.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
    • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR management, preferably in the logistics or food delivery industry.
    • Strong negotiation skills and commercial background with a deep understanding of pricing mechanisms and market dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving continuous improvement.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
