Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Construction Supervisor to oversee our construction projects from conception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading all onsite construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed within established timeframes and budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is completed in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure timely completion of projects
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to the project manager and client as needed
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are being met and any issues are addressed promptly
• Keep detailed records of all construction activities, including daily progress reports, equipment usage, and materials delivered
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful project completion
• Communicate effectively with project team members, providing guidance and assistance as needed to keep projects on track and within budget
• Participate in regular meetings and provide input on project planning, progress, and potential challenges
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in commercial or industrial construction
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and materials
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
