What do you need to be successful at this job?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on exceeding goals.
- Professional Level of English, extra EU language will be an asset.
- Experience in Real Estate, or Development/ Construction Companies.
- Located already in Dubai, holder of Visa | Residence Card.
- Valid Driver's Licence for Dubai.
