As a Documentation Executive, you will be responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining all documentation related projects, programs, and operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all documentation meets our high standards for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality assurance and financial management principles.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain documentation management procedures and processes
  • Create and update project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather and compile information for documentation purposes
  • Review and edit documents for accuracy, consistency, and formatting
  • Train team members on documentation best practices and tools
  • Participate in meetings and take detailed meeting minutes
  • Assist with quality control and assurance procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in quality assurance and financial management standards

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with documentation management tools/systems
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and financial management principles is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
