Positions Summary

We are seeking Design Architect across all levels, from Junior/Engineer to Senior and Team Leader, Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of architecture engineering, be proficient in Revit, and possess experience with Saudi projects.

Our client is a Saudi-based multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy with a design office in Cairo. They specialize in civil, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineering, offering services such as design, project management, planning, feasibility studies, and construction supervision. Their focus on innovation, sustainability, and adherence to international standards ensures the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Accountabilities

Design Architect

• Support the creation and refinement of architectural designs, utilizing CAD and 3D modeling software.
• Conduct research on materials, construction methods, and emerging technologies relevant to ongoing projects.
• Prepare and update project documentation, including drawings, presentations, and reports.
• Work closely with senior architects and engineers to ensure design proposals meet technical specifications and client expectations.
  
  

Senior Design Architect

• Take charge of the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring innovative and functional designs.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultant teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into architectural solutions.
• Ensure all architectural outputs comply with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Guide and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of learning and professional excellence within the team.
  
  

Team Leader Design Architect

• Set the strategic direction for the design department, aligning project goals with the firm’s vision and market trends.
• Lead and inspire the architecture team, promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Champion the integration of sustainable design principles and innovative solutions in all projects.
• Develop and implement policies, standards, and best practices for architectural design and project execution within the firm.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Relevant experience: 3-6 years for Architects, 6-9 years for Senior Architects, and 10-12 years with leadership experience for Team Leaders.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is essential across all levels. Advanced project management, leadership, and communication skills are required for Senior and Team Leader roles.
• A solid understanding of Saudi building codes and regulation, construction standards, and sustainability practices. Senior and Team Leader roles require an in-depth knowledge of industry trends, zoning laws, and submission processes.
