As a Customer Advisor , you will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our clients. You will be responsible for addressing clients' queries and concerns, providing expert advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our Quality Assurance team to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standard, meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve client issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and processes to provide clients with the most current information.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our customer service processes and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
