Fruite Picker

We are currently seeking passionate and hardworking individuals to join our team as Fruit Pickers during the harvest season. As a vital member of our farming operations, you will be responsible for picking and packing various fruits such as apples, strawberries, blueberries and cherries. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in all weather conditions and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and gather fruits according to quality standards set by IIQAF
• Handle and pack fruits carefully to ensure minimal damage
• Inspect fruits for any defects or damages and remove them from the batch
• Follow proper hygiene and safety protocols while working on the farm
• Accurately record the amount of fruits picked and report to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace to ensure a safe and efficient harvest
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fruit picking or farming is preferred
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work long hours and weekends during the peak harvest season
• Knowledge of different types of fruits and their ripening process is a plus
