We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Secretary (Philippine National ) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role will involve a variety of tasks including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and assisting with documentation and correspondence.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Manage and organize office documents, files, and records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Prepare payroll and handle employee loan requests.
  • Book tickets online.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
  • Driving license
