As a Tour Guide, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service and leading our guests through fascinating cultural and historical sites. You will be responsible for creating a comfortable and engaging environment, while educating and entertaining our clients. Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our clients during the tour.
• Conduct pre-tour research to gather information, plan itineraries, and anticipate any potential issues.
• Coordinate logistics, such as transportation, entry fees, reservations, and other necessary arrangements.
• Handle any unexpected situations with calmness and efficiency, while ensuring the overall tour experience is not compromised.
• Continuously engage and interact with guests, offering assistance and answering questions.
• Promote and maintain responsible and sustainable tourism practices throughout the tour.

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage and connect with diverse groups of people.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and tact.
• Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are a plus.
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
