As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Front desk specialists, Office Assistants, leading other technicians, designing solutions for challenging problems, managing external contractors, respond to facility and logistics emergencies, and handling multiple projects and daily activities.
This role also leads the technical team in providing both a reactive and pro-active maintenance service on all facilities' infrastructure within Egypt. The role has a direct impact on the site, its productivity, and operational success. You will also be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well-functioning. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs.

Qualifications
● BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field
Experience
● Proven work experience as Facilities Manager or similar role
● Experience in managing administrative, technical and/or maintenance teams
