We are seeking a Studio Traffic Coordinator to join our team and work closely with our team of designers, art workers, and senior management across multiple studios.
This is full time working from Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with designers, art workers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while ensuring the highest quality standards.
Ensure that the studio workflow process is followed.
Facilitate communication between departments including client services, account executives, studio, and clients.
Work with Studio Manager and Team Leads to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
Identify studio team skill gaps and communicate staffing needs.

متطلبات الوظيفة
Excellent understanding of design and artwork studios, 2D, 3D, as well as events, print and digital production.
Proven track record in delivering successful traffic management projects.
Capability to identify key information, problems, and trends from operational reports and design adequate reports.
Ability to problem solve creatively.
Understanding of project lifecycle and process.
Prior experience in a similar role within a creative agency.
Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
