Logistic Foreman

As a Logistic Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating our logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods and materials. You will be responsible for managing a team of logistics personnel and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily logistics activities to meet production and delivery schedules
• Assign tasks to logistic team members and monitor their performance
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations and reduce costs
• Control and maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage and handling of materials
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Participate in budget planning and report to upper management on logistics performance and efficiency
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, and supply chain principles
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics software
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
