A Leading company in the FMCG industry, is seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Human Resources Director to join our team. As the Human Resources Director, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR department, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to the team
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Design, administer, and continuously improve compensation and benefits programs to support employee retention and satisfaction
  • Implement and manage HR systems and processes to streamline HR operations and enhance efficiency
  • Partner with department heads to identify talent needs, support workforce planning, and drive recruitment efforts
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
  • Lead and promote employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs

  • Proven experience as a Human Resources Director or in a similar senior HR role within the FMCG industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are a plus
