●       Create and post job postings on different portals

●       Connect with long-term employees through professional social media groups and events

●       Collaborate with hiring managers to set the right standards for future jobs

●       Track recruitment factors including hiring time, working time, and hiring source

●       Obtain a database of potential candidates for future job opportunities

●       Participate in Recruitment Plans

●       Contractors Relationship Management

●       Identify potential contractors through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

●       Develop and maintain relationships with contractors to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

●       Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for specific blue-collar roles.

●       Oversee the onboarding process for new contractors, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations in cooperation with the admin department

●       Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations to assess contractor productivity, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.

●       Prepare and administer contracts, work orders, and other documentation related to contractor engagements.

●       Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers, Farm and Sadat management, and HR business partners to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

●       Organizing and attending employment fairs in the regions, as the most important channels to attract blue-collar candidates.

متطلبات الوظيفة

●      Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or related field.

●      human resources management diploma.

●       2 to 4 years Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.

●       Practical experience with the largest recruitment sites.

●       Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and specialized professional sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook.

●       Building strong relationships with contractors and outsourcing.

●       Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

●       Strong interpersonal skills.

●       Good written and verbal communication skills.

●       Team spirit.
