We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Coordinator to join our team. As an Insurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and processing insurance policies and claims. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of insurance policies, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Keep track of new insurance regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Analyze insurance claims and facilitate timely resolution for clients.
  • Manage insurance documentation, including applications, endorsements, and other related paperwork.
  • Coordinate with insurance underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for the issuance of policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy documents.
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns regarding policies and claims in a professional and timely manner.
  • Keep updated records of insurance premiums, commissions, and issuing of payments.

Requirements

  • Excellent understanding of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and insurance software systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
