specializing in the development and production of high-quality cosmetic and personal care

beauty and personal care market. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Manager to

join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in

managing and nurturing client relationships within the cosmetic and personal care industry. You

will be responsible for building strong partnerships, understanding client needs. This position

offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.

• Understand client needs and provide solutions that align with the company capabilities.

Account Development:

• Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and develop innovative solutions.

• Prepare and present proposals and product offerings to clients.

Project Coordination:

• Work closely with the project managers to ensure timely delivery of products and

projects.

• Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues that may arise.

• Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for assigned accounts.

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account revenue.

• Track sales metrics and report on account performance.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market analysis.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

• Prepare regular reports on account activity and sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in the

cosmetic and personal care manufacturing industry.

• Proven record of accomplishment of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of cosmetic and personal care product manufacturing processes is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
