Outdoor Sales Representative

As a sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing new business opportunities for our company. If you are passionate about outdoor activities and have a strong sales background, then we want you to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows
• Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
• Conduct meetings with potential customers to demonstrate our products and services
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the benefits of our products
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials
• Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions in our CRM system
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify new sales opportunities
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• 2 years of experience in outdoor equipment sales or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge and passion for outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and adventure sports
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel to client meetings
