Accounting Receivable Team Lead - Shared Services Turkish Speaker

Our client, is a leading leading Multinational company that provides innovative Packiging solutions. They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Receivable Team Lead to join their Shared Services team. As the Accounting Receivable Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising the receivable transactions, managing the team, and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the accounts receivable team
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of receivables transactions
• Review and follow-up on outstanding customer invoices
• Monitor and report on the aging of receivables
• Manage the collection process and liaise with internal stakeholders and customers
• Coordinate with finance and sales teams to resolve any billing or collection issues
• Perform regular analysis and reporting on receivables performance to management
• Implement and improve processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

• Fluency in Turkish and English is required;
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or related roles
• Prior leadership experience is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
