We are searching for a Sales Manager who will take responsibility for achieving personal sales targets by defining customer value propositions that add real value to the customer's business in relation to Generation Services. This role requires technical knowledge across the full spectrum of Large Gas Turbines, Large Steam Turbines, their Generators and Digital solutions. Your responsibilities should also include:

How you’ll make an impact?

  • Lead the entire sales process from lead generation to deal close phase
  • Ensure order income target set is reached with expected EBIT and cash flow
  • Collection, processing and reporting on Customer and competitive intelligence, including special project assignments
  • Accompanying sales professionals and management throughout Sales planning, steering and controlling process based on our defined market planning and reporting systems
  • Driving the input and the data accuracy on SFDC tool
  • Abide by all business compliance requirements in line with Company policies.


What you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Having a demonstrated ability in marketing, sales and engineering domain
  • Solid understanding of rotating equipment and oil & gas industry
  • Ability to understand project needs in cross-functional view and the ability to work autonomously
  • Take lead in developing sophisticated solutions, can perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Can work well with multinational team
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and coordinating skills
  • Ability to multi-task and can optimally prioritize and handle time
  • Tenacious and has strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in both English and Arabic
