We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team. As the People and Culture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's culture, driving employee engagement, and fostering a positive work environment. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building and nurturing high-performing teams, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations and maintain HR records and documentation.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to track employee engagement, turnover rates, and other key performance indicators.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and recommend innovative approaches to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Skills Required:

• BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field

• 8-10 years of Proven experience in HR

• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures

• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

• Strong ethics and reliability
