A renowned healthcare facility group, is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As the Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. Your strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and ability to foster a positive work environment will be vital in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the nursing department.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures across branches.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient coordination of care.
- Supervise lead nurses and nursing staff and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.
- Evaluate nursing performance and provide feedback to promote professional development.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid DOH License
- Proven work experience as a Nurse Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a managerial capacity
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge
