We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Reproductive Medicine specialist to join our team at Wizejob HR Consultancy. As a Reproductive Medicine specialist, you will provide comprehensive care to patients experiencing reproductive health issues, including infertility, hormonal imbalances, and reproductive disorders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their medical history and current reproductive health concerns.
  • Perform medical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret test results to diagnose reproductive health conditions accurately.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, including fertility treatments, hormone therapies, and surgical interventions.
  • Perform assisted reproductive procedures, such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI), and sperm/egg donation procedures.
  • Monitor and track patients' progress throughout their treatment plan and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Educate and counsel patients on reproductive health, fertility options, and family planning.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, genetic counselors, and embryologists.
  • Keep accurate and detailed medical records of patient consultations, treatments, and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in reproductive medicine through continuing education and research.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Requirements:

  • Medical degree and specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a focus on Reproductive Medicine.
  • Valid state medical license.
  • Board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and treating reproductive health issues.
  • Experience with assisted reproductive procedures, including IVF and IUI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and counsel patients.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining medical records.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
