Taxi Driver

As a Taxi Driver , you will be responsible for safely and timely transporting our clients to their desired destinations. You will be driving licensed and well-maintained vehicles that are equipped with the latest technology for navigation and communication. You will represent the company and be the first point of contact with our customers, therefore, excellent customer service and communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off passengers in a safe and timely manner
• Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other items
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
• Handle payments and provide receipts to customers
• Maintain a good working relationship with company staff and passengers
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Proven experience as a taxi driver or similar role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
• Familiarity with navigation apps and maps
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy luggage or items
