As a Support Officer, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and technical support to the accreditation team. You will work closely with different departments and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all accreditation processes. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the accreditation team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries related to accreditation.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of accreditation policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and data analysis for the accreditation team.
  • Serve as a liaison between IIQAF and educational institutions seeking accreditation.
  • Monitor and track the progress of accreditation processes.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of accreditation databases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of accreditation processes would be an asset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data management skills.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
